Jason, are you not aware that Congress was briefed on this several times, that would make it consistent with EO 12333, thanks for making our point.

Outstanding, I didnt really get into this site at first, I guess I just caught it during the wrong time, during his defense of his brother after his brothers appearance on Hugh's show. Not that I disliked his bro's defense, which I fully expect and would have been disappointed otherwise, but that the topic just didnt interest me.
